1Start with the exact product
This page covers Bitrefill gift cards and standard top-ups. The Bitrefill Card is a separate service: USDT appears in the gift-card payment list but is no longer supported for the Card. Before buying, identify the brand, redemption country and account that will use the product. A successful payment does not prove redemption eligibility. Our review covers official documentation; we have not completed a purchase or redemption.
2Check redemption restrictions before the value
Read the product’s redemption instructions and terms, then cross-check the issuer’s requirements for location, currency, expiry and online or in-store use. Cards can have country, regional or currency restrictions. A familiar brand name is not enough. For travel, write down both your destination and the country of the account redeeming the card. They may differ. Compare each with the product terms, and resolve unclear conditions with official support before purchasing.
3Four checks from product to checkout
1. Choose the product region on Bitrefill and read the item’s redemption conditions. 2. Select a value, add it to the cart and review the item, quantity, currency and total. 3. At checkout, choose an available asset and network. Our selector covers only a subset of the documented options. 4. Read the amount due, address and payment deadline from your own invoice and recheck them before sending. Website labels may change; follow the current page.
4Paying with USDT: match the network first
The official token list includes USDT on TRON, Ethereum, Polygon and Arbitrum, among other networks. Use the network selected for this invoice and match it on the sending screen. Exchange withdrawal fees help compare compatible routes; the cheapest network may not match your invoice. Bitrefill also states that Binance Pay is no longer offered. A blockchain withdrawal from Binance and Binance Pay are different payment methods.
5Prepare according to where your funds are
No crypto yet: establish product eligibility and available payment methods first. Compare a familiar payment option with the full cost of buying and sending crypto. Complete account preparation before relying on a timed invoice. Funds on an exchange: check whether the current invoice accepts that sending method, then review withdrawable funds, network, minimum and amount received. Your total balance is not the same as withdrawable funds. Funds in a wallet: confirm the asset’s network and reserve the required network-fee asset. Keep the invoice accessible to check the outcome.
6Separate card value, invoice amount and fees
The gift card’s face value is its redemption value; the invoice amount is the crypto requested at checkout; withdrawal or wallet fees are sending costs. Record these separately. Do not assume a $25 card requires exactly 25 USDT. Moving funds from an exchange to a wallet before paying can involve two sending costs. Our fee data helps with the exchange-withdrawal part. Check wallet fees and the checkout price separately, then compare the final receiving amount with the invoice.
7Buy the gift card directly or fund store credit first?
For a one-off purchase, first check direct checkout. Bitrefill Store Credit pays for shopping on Bitrefill; a brand gift card is redeemed with that brand. Funding store credit does not buy a brand card automatically. Regular buyers can fund credit before ordering. Compare transfer costs with how much credit you will actually use. Our suggestion is to avoid a large prepayment just to save a transfer. The calculator checks sending amounts; it does not treat store credit as withdrawable cash.
8Paid, but no usable gift card yet?
Separate transaction sent, payment confirmed and gift card delivered. Keep the invoice reference, asset, network and transaction ID; check the sender’s record and then the order status. A waiting screen is not a reason to pay twice. A card link still processing is a different issue from an unpaid invoice. Bitrefill notes that some codes take time to activate; contact official support with the invoice reference if the problem persists. For expiry, underpayment or a wrong network, seek instructions for that specific order before sending anything else.
9Wrong product or redemption failure?
If the item is wrong and the code is still sealed, stop and contact support. Bitrefill may consider a refund for sealed orders, but approval is discretionary. Its guidance excludes refunds once a valid code has been delivered and revealed; a top-up sent to the wrong phone number may also be irreversible. For redemption errors, check account region, network environment, card currency and the exact message. Provide redemption details privately through official support when requested. Hide codes, QR codes and private order links in public screenshots.
10FAQ: what happens after purchase?
Does receiving the card mean the brand account is funded? No. Follow that product’s redemption instructions and check the order for the next step. Can I pay the same address next time? Do not reuse an old order address; obtain payment details from each new order. Should I choose the platform with the lowest fee? Establish product eligibility, network compatibility and accepted sending methods first, then compare total costs. Extra conversion and transfer steps may outweigh savings on a small purchase.
