Mobile credit & data
Cryptorefills
payment guide
Top up a phone or buy travel eSIM data. Check the operator, number and device compatibility before paying.
Understand this payment flow
The service offers mobile top-ups and eSIMs with Bitcoin and other crypto payments. This planner covers Bitcoin only; check other assets and networks at checkout.
Assets and networks to check
These are some of the payment options. Check the merchant’s checkout for the assets and networks currently accepted.
Consider other ways to pay
Compare direct operator top-ups, data add-ons and other local payment options using the credit or data you actually receive.
1Choose phone credit or eSIM data
For an existing number, check the country, operator and product eligibility. For an eSIM, check the destination, data allowance and validity. An eSIM data plan does not top up your original phone credit. These are purchase checks, not a tested top-up or connectivity report.
2Recheck the number and plan before paying
Check the complete phone number and country code rather than relying on a contact name. Establish whether the product is monetary credit or a specific data bundle. Review the product’s change, cancellation and refund conditions; do not assume a top-up sent to the wrong number can be reversed.
3Check device compatibility before installation
Confirm that your phone supports eSIM and the selected destination plan before buying. The service provides an installation link and QR code; store them securely. Follow current device and product instructions. Installation and the start of plan validity can differ, so check the exact plan’s rules.
4Match the current payment invoice
Select an available checkout method and check the asset, network, amount and deadline. This planner lists Bitcoin, not the service’s full asset selection. When preparing funds through an exchange, allow time for purchase, withdrawal and receipt. Keep order and transaction references after sending; do not reuse an old address.
5Invalid number or a top-up sent to the wrong number?
Before payment, an invalid-number error calls for checking the country code, international format and selected operator. Remove stray spaces and handle leading zeros according to that country’s numbering format. If it is still rejected, check operator support. A completed top-up to a valid but wrong number is different: Cryptorefills says it cannot be reversed. When topping up for someone else, have them confirm the full number, operator and whether they need credit or a data bundle.
6The eSIM is installed—why is there no data?
Follow the official checks: is the eSIM line installed, is data roaming enabled for that line, and have you reached the covered destination? Installation also needs a working internet connection. Scanning the QR code is not the same as connecting at your destination. Check the new eSIM’s settings separately from your original SIM. If it still fails, contact official support with the order ID, location and displayed error so coverage and order status can be investigated before you buy again.
7Confirm delivery before topping up again
Check phone credit with the operator, then look for its separate delivery reference by email or SMS. Cryptorefills advises checking again after a few minutes and contacting support with the order ID if an hour passes without credit or operator confirmation. That is a troubleshooting threshold, not a delivery guarantee. The status waiting for manual processing means payment was received but product processing continues. Contact support after an hour, or sooner for urgent orders. For an eSIM, review remaining data and expiry under Refills before buying an add-on.
